With these gentler postures and guided mediations, these practices help improve focus, build strength, increase flexibility and engage in a growing community.

This is a Spanish workshop. Cubriremos los conceptos básicos de la hinchazón abdominal, por qué tu cuerpo se hincha, ¿es normal o no? Brain Wave Monitoring to Promote Wellbeing with Paras

This class introduces the basics of brainwave monitoring and analysis using electroencephalographic analysis (EEG) and a Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) the size of a smartphone. 

Using neurofeedback media, Paras will present a methodology for promoting personal well-being by self-regulating brainwave frequencies and coherence between the left and right brain hemispheres. Additionally, there will be a demonstration of the BCI with the instructor’s explanation of graphic representations of brainwaves monitored and analyzed by EEG.

Mung Bean Khicharee is a versatile one-pot complete meal with great importance in Ayurveda, an ancient herbal healing system from India.

Ghee, also known as clarified butter, is known for its digestive support for helping in absorption and assimilation of nutrients.

Compounded medications are created by combining individual ingredients in the exact strength and dosage form required by the patient and their own unique needs. They are the equivalent of creating a meal from scratch.
